Mark Ervin is the founder of GreenGro Biologicals and a passionate innovator. With a background in archaeology and expertise in ancient agricultural methods, he played a key role in the discovery of "Terra Preta" — the incredibly rich soils of the Amazon basin. Mark now brings his deep leadership experience, visionary thinking, and heart for transformation to PIPES International, helping drive bold new ideas, sustainable growth, and global impact for the Kingdom.

Gene Hall
Director, Partnerships
Gene Hall serves as the lead pastor of Warrenton Community Church in Missouri. He brings with him a broad and trusted network of pastors and ministry leaders with whom he has collaborated for many years. In addition to his pastoral leadership, Gene plays a vital role in coordinating ongoing relationships with PIPES International’s existing partners. He also helps develop strategies for new initiatives, expanding the organization's reach and impact.

Samuel Mwangi
Founder & President
Samuel founded PIPES International in 2011. Samuel and his wife, Esther, have transformed thousands of lives through education, economic development, and discipleship. Samuel has a wealth of experience in community and economic development work in Africa and the United States. As the executive director, he provides strategic leadership and creates a community of leaders through equipping and training staff and partners.

Esther Mwangi
Co- Founder
Esther is a Co-founder of PIPES International. She is an accountant and pursuing a master's degree in Transformational Leadership. Esther utilizes her skills to manage PIPES International's operations, including managing the organization's income and expenditure, overseeing employees' payroll, and completing tax documents.

Stuart Isaac Harrier
Marketing & Communication Director
Host of THE PIPELINE Podcast, international photographer, minister of music, and graphic designer, Stuart Isaac Harrier wears many hats within his role at PIPES International.
His love for people and serving those in need is evident in how he ministers and serves. Married to his wife, Stuart and Vesta seek to serve the Lord as international missionaries in Africa and beyond.

Ben Wamarema
Treasurer
Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis (UMSL). He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) at Covenant Theological Seminary (St. Louis)
Ben has a deep passion for serving vulnerable children. He previously worked with the Missouri State Department of Social Services to stabilize dysfunctional families. He has also participated in missions across Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Kenya. Ben brings a wealth of global experience, compassion, and leadership that strengthens PIPES International’s mission to reach and transform lives for Christ.
