Lives changed one student at a time

The Internship Program is impacting students and youth by building character, purpose, and practical life skills through consistent discipleship and mentorship. Young people gain confidence, make better decisions, and grow spiritually while receiving training in areas like financial literacy and leadership. Through a holistic approach, the program addresses challenges such as early marriage, FGM, and hygiene. As a result, youth not only experience personal transformation but also become emerging leaders who influence their peers and communities.

PIPES Internship Program

Get to know more about what makes our Internship different.

The PIPES Internship Program comprises five graduates. Led by a team leader, they carry out consistent outreach in schools, churches, and villages. Through our discipleship model, our interns mentor students in small groups and one-on-one, guiding them toward spiritual growth, character development, leadership, academic excellent, and purposeful living.
The interns deliver mentorship and practical training in life skills, financial literacy, and leadership. They also provide hygiene products and actively advocate against early marriage and FGM. As a result, students gain knowledge, dignity, and hope, while emerging leaders are raised who influence peers and strengthen communities through lasting transformation. The program runs for one year and is renewable once. An intern can therefore serve for two years.
